ICC Awards 2022: ICC Revealed Men’s ODI Team Of The Year 2022. The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday revealed the Men’s ODI Team of the Year 2022. The ODI team of 2022, led by Pakistan captain and run-machine Babar Azam, comprises two Indian players batter Shreyas Iyer and pacer Mohammed Siraj.
Babar won the ICC ODI Player of the year award for his performances in 2021 and was the favorite to win it once again. 28-year Pak skipper Babar finished the year with 679 runs at a stunning average of 84.87.
The ICC Team of the Year recognizes 11 outstanding individuals who have impressed one and all – be it with the bat, the ball, or their all-around performance in a calendar year.

Two West Indians Shai Hope, and Alzarri Joseph, Two Australians Adam Zampa,Travis Head, two Indians Shreyas Iyer, Md Siraj, two from New Zealand Trent Boult,Tom Latham, and one player each from Bangladesh and Zimbabwe, Mehidy Hasan Mirza and Sikandar Raza respectively, were also named in the ICC ODI Team Of The Year 2022.
