Rohit Gurunath Sharma represents the Indian team in international cricket. He is the present vice-captain for the Indian cricket team in the one-day internationals. He is also the current captain of the Mumbai Indians in the VIVO IPL 2021 (Indian Premier League).

He is a right-handed opening batsman who bowls right-arm off-break occasionally. He holds the record as the only batsman in the world to hit 3 double centuries in ODI cricket. On March 27 Rohit Sharma played against SRH and becomes 1st MI player to play 200 IPL matches.

Because of his aggressive batting style, Rohit has been nicknamed ‘Hitman’.
