Full Schedule Announced for India Tour of Sri Lanka 2024. In the forthcoming months of July and August, the Sri Lanka National Cricket Team is going to be the host of the India National Cricket Team which will be participating in a limited overs series, which is mostly a white ball series. The two teams are going to start with a three-game T20I series and a three-game ODI series on the island nation.
The Sri Lanka tour by India will start with a three-game T20I series. The series will kick off on July 27th with the first match, the second match on July 28th, and the third match on July 30th. The whole series will feature games to be played in the evenings, thus creating lavish prime-time visibility. This T20I series promises to be a thrilling start to the tour, with the teams competing intensely.
After the T20I series, the focus will shift to ODIs. Starting from August 2nd and within 10 days, Sri Lanka and India will have played five one-day matches. The remaining two matches, however, have been scheduled for August 4th and 7th. This One Day International series is sure to be an important part of the series of matches. Both teams are showcasing their best players in the 50-over format to demonstrate their skills at batting.
