IND-W vs SA-W Third ODI: India Women Clean Sweep ODI Series Against South Africa. The India cricket team won a comfortable six-wicket victory over South Africa women in the third ODI in Bengaluru on Sunday, June 23. The game was played at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. Smriti Mandhana batted brilliantly once again while Deepti Sharma bowled well leading to a clean sweep by India in the series.
South African captain Laura Wolvaardt continued her strong form by opting to bat first, and scoring over fifty again, which gave her team a great start. However, Spinner Deepti Sharma was in excellent form and took two wickets along with youngster Arundhati Reddy who also picked up a couple of wickets thereby restricting South Africa to 215/8 in their allotted fifty overs.
Mandhana scored centuries in the first two games. She scored 90 runs off 83 balls. On the other hand, Harmanpreet Kaur contributed 42 runs as captain. However, with 6 wickets and 56 balls remaining, India easily chased the target.

With the series already secured, India made two changes to their lineup. Priya Punia played for the first time in international cricket since 2019, replacing Dayalan Hemalatha, while Shreyanka Patil replaced Asha Sobhana. The only change for the Proteas women was Tumi Sekhukhune coming in for Masabata Klaas.
