IPL 2024 Awards List: Winner, Runners-up, Orange, Purple Cap, MVP, Prize Money And Other Details. IPL 2024, which started on 22 March, concluded on 26th May at Chennai’s Chepauk Stadium. In the one-sided summit clash, Shreyas Iyer-led Kolkata Knight Riders beat Pat Cummins-led Sunrisers Hyderabad by a huge margin of 8 wickets and lifted their 3rd Indian Premier League Title and second at Chepauk Stadium.

IPL 2024 Orange Cap- Virat Kohli (RCB)- 15 Lakh
Virat Kohli with 741 runs in 15 matches tops the Orange Cap tally but RCB was defeated by RR in the IPL 2024 Eliminator match on Wednesday. It will be the second time that Kohli awarded with Orange Cap. He first won the award in 2016 by scoring a record 973 runs. Former PBKS player Shaun Marsh was the first player to win the Orange Cap in the inaugural season of the Indian Premier League.

IPL 2024 Purple Cap- Harshal Patel (PBKS)- 15 Lakh
Like every year PBKS failed to reach in IPL 2024 playoffs but his star bowler Harshal Patel won the Purple cap by taking 24 wickets in 14 matches. Pakistani bowler Sohail Tanvir was the first to be awarded a purple cap in 2008.
IPL 2024 Most Valuable Player – Sunil Narine (KKR)- 12 lakh
KKR star all-rounder Sunil Narine won the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award for the third time with his brilliant performances with bat and ball in the 17th season of IPL.
