The 28-year-old cricketer made his IPL debut in 2022 with Sunrisers Hyderabad, where he was acquired for an impressive Rs. 7.75 crore during the auction. In that season, he showcased his prowess by participating in three matches, amassing 58 runs with a remarkable strike rate of 141.46. He also exhibited his bowling skills by taking three wickets.

They triumphed over LSG in the first eliminator but faced defeat at the hands of the Gujarat Titans in the second eliminator.
