Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2023: Teams, Squads, Schedule, Time In IST, And Broadcast Details. The Lanka Premier League 2023 (LPL 2023) began on July 30 at the R Premadasa Stadium with a match between Jaffna Kings and Colombo Strikers. From July 30 through August 15, the five franchises will face off twice. The league’s two sites are Colombo and Pallekele. The top four teams will progress to the playoffs, and on August 20, one club will be crowned winner.
The Jaffna Kings, led by Thisara Perera, are the competition’s defending champions. Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Fakhar Zaman, Chris Lynn, David Miller, and Sri Lankan performers will all make appearances at this year’s championship. LPL 2023 will also have three additional teams: Dambulla Aura, Galle Titans, and B-Love Kandy. Indian players are not participating in LPL because of BCCI’s restrictions.

LPL 2023 Telecast and Live Streaming In India
In India, the Lanka Premier League 2023 matches will be broadcast on Star Sports 3. Sony Pictures Sports Network had the television rights to this event until last year, but starting in 2023, Star Sports will broadcast the matches live.
FanCode has secured the rights to live stream all matches in India. To watch the Lanka Premier League 2023 live on FanCode, fans must purchase an annual or monthly pass. FanCode has also released an LPL special pass for this season. Fans may purchase an 89-dollar season pass to watch the full season live. A single LPL match pass costs 19.
