Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024: Top Run-Getters And Wicket Takers (Updated). Pakistan Super League’s 9th edition started on Feb 17. In the first match of PSL 2024 Islamabad United beat Lahore Qalandars by 8 wickets at Lahore’s Gaddafi stadium.
The clash between Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars in the PSL 2024 was gripping, especially given that they are the only teams in the competition to have lifted the PSL trophy twice. However, the Qalandars came into the match as defending champions, having triumphed in both the 2022 and 2023 editions of the PSL under the captaincy of Shaheen Afridi.
In the ongoing season of PSL 2024, Peshawar Zalmi’s captain Babar Azam tops the run-scoring charts, having played a match-winning unbeaten innings of 111 runs in their opening game against Lahore Qalandars. Meanwhile, Mohammed Ali currently leads the wicket-taking tally of PSL 2024 after the initial round of matches in the latest edition, having taken two wickets.
