PSL 2024 Schedule: Pakistan Super League Schedule, Venues And Squad Of All 6 Teams. The organizers have disclosed the tentative schedule for the ninth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). It is anticipated that the finalized and comprehensive schedule will be officially unveiled on December end. The PSL 9 draft event was held on December 13 at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Lahore.

PSL 2024, the 9th season of the Pakistan Super League, will feature thrilling matches at four prestigious venues in Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi. The opening ceremony will precede the inaugural match scheduled to commence at Multan Cricket Stadium at 7:30 pm (8:00 pm IST) on February 13.

However, the highly anticipated opening clash will witness defending champions Lahore Qalandars facing off against Multan Sultans. Promising fans an exciting start to the tournament.

In the upcoming PSL season nine, Karachi will host 11 matches, Lahore and Rawalpindi will each host nine matches, and Multan will host five matches. Also, Karachi will host the playoff matches, including the final scheduled for March 19. Notably, last week, the cricket body released the list of retained players by all six franchises. Notably, several franchises did not retain several prominent and impactful players.

The defending champions, Lahore Qalandars, have retained their captain Shaheen Afridi in the Platinum category. Meanwhile, Islamabad United successfully retained their captain Shadab Khan along with their top trade, Naseem Shah.

In the aftermath of the finalization of all trades and retentions. Multan Sultans will hold the first pick in the first round of the Platinum category. However, this development comes after a trade between Multan and Quetta involving Iftikhar Ahmed and Rilee Rossouw.
