Rusty Theron, a retired South African cricket player who is currently representing the USA cricket team in the T20 World Cup 2024, has claimed that Haris Rauf—a pace bowler from Pakistan tampered with the ball when they played at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas during the T20 World Cup. Theron made this allegation just before Pakistan’s crushing defeat to co-hosts in a Group A match, which ended up being decided through a Super Over.

The ICC has not released any statement yet. The final over was very exciting because the American batters made 14 runs to tie the game.
