Four teams are set to compete in the UEFA Nations League semi-final with the league phase of the tournament having taken place in September, October, and November of 2024. Competition resumed on the 20th and 23rd of March 2025 with two-legged ties for the League A/B play-offs, League B/C play-offs, and quarter-finals.

The losing teams will compete for third place on June 8 at 15:00 CET (7:30 pm IST) at Stuttgart Arena. The semi-final winners will play the final on June 8 at 20:45 CET (June 9, 1:15 am IST) at Munich Football Arena.
