WPL Auction 2025: Full List Of Players Sold With Price, Full Squad Of Each Team: Five teams waged a fierce bidding war at the WPL 2025 auction in Bengaluru, where an impressive 120 players went under the hammer for 19 slots. A spike in demand for Indian uncapped players saw most of the franchises cash in on obtaining their services. The total purse for the auction was ₹16.70 Cr, with Gujarat Giants having a maximum of ₹4.40 Cr to spend.

Indian Uncapped Players Steal the Show

The most remarkable part was the amazing show, aside from the auction, by Indian uncapped players. The ones doing so well in domestic cricket had high bids from many franchises, making a huge noise on the available price.

Simran Shaikh, a young and talented player from Gujarat, turned out to be the most expensive buy in the auction. She has gone to the Gujarat Giants Women for a staggering ₹1.9 Cr. Another top name was very much sought after—West Indies veteran Deandra Dottin, who joined the Gujarat Giants Women for ₹1.7 Cr.
