Asia Cup 2023: Team Pakistan Schedule, Squad, And Winning Prediction. With the hosts being both Pakistan and Sri Lanka, the 16th edition of the Asia Cup will commence on August 30 and will conclude on September 17. It will be played in a 50-over format due to the forthcoming World Cup in India. Sri Lanka is the tournament’s reigning champion.
Asia Cup will consist of 13 matches in total where Pakistan will serve 4 matches and 9 matches will be played in Sri Lanka including the final. Total of six teams will feature in this event which will be divided into two groups: Group A and Group B. The top two teams from each group will move to the Super 4. Following that, the final will include a match between the top two teams.
Pakistan and India will participate in the same group in the Asia Cup 2023 because the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) wants the arch-rivals to garner a larger audience, which will result in more revenue. They will face each other on September 2 at Kandy.

The official schedule has been released by the ACC. As per schedule, Pakistan will face Nepal in the opening match of the Asia Cup 2023 on August 30 at Multan.
