IPL 2026 Auction – Full List of Players Sold with Price PDf Download. The IPL 2026 Auction in Abu Dhabi witnessed some of the most dramatic buys. Franchises bid huge amounts of money on both international and uncapped players with great potential. Franchisees spent a total of Rs 215.45 crore (approximately $30 million) for 77 players.

The biggest bid at the auction was for Australia’s Cameron Green. He was acquired for Rs 25.20 crore (approximately $3.5 million) by KKR. Thus, making him the most expensive overseas player in IPL history. KKR also made two other important acquisitions during the auction. They bought the Sri Lankan fast bowler Matheesha Pathirana for Rs 18 crore (approximately $2.5 million) and the Bangladeshi fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman for Rs 9.2 crore (roughly $1 million). Both of them will significantly bolstered KKR’s fast-bowling attack.

Auction for Uncapped Indian Players

Uncapped Indian players were surprisingly the most impressive performers of the day. CSK spent Rs 14.20 crore (approximately $1.9 million) on young Indian stars Prashant Veer and Kartik Sharma. These two were the two most expensive uncapped players in IPL history. The other uncapped player that created a significant buzz was Auqib Nabi Dar. He was picked up by the Delhi Capitals for Rs 8.4 crore (approximately $1.2 million). This indicated that franchises are beginning to have more confidence in local talent to perform at the highest level.

Several notable acquisitions at the IPL auctions included Liam Livingstone ($13 million), Josh Inglis ($8.6 million), and Indian spinner Ravi Bishnoi ($7.2 million), who will join the Rajasthan Royals. Teams such as RCB were also building rosters with core players such as Venkatesh Iyer, along with a combination of experienced veterans and outstanding young talent. Therefore, the 2026 IPL is sure to be an incredible event when it begins in March of next year.
