Australia was long been condemned for not bagging an honor in the truncated version of the game. Nevertheless, Aaron Finch and Co silenced the critics by winning their maiden title in the previous edition of the T20 World Cup 2021.
The last edition was held in the United Arab Emirates. Aussies quickly accustomed to the conditions to better effect. They made it all the way to the finals of the tourney and got the better of New Zealand in the high-voltage encounter.

1. Home Conditions
Aaron Finch and Co will be looking forward to defending their honor this time around. West Indies is the most highly-successful team in the history of the competition, having won two titles, more than any other team.
Meanwhile, the Aussies have a great opportunity to win their second title. It is due to the fact that they are completely aware of the home conditions and the chances of them winning crucial games are high.

With plenty of depth in the batting order, they can make the run-chases look so easy. Even if they were restricted to a modest total, they do have bowlers in their arsenal to get the job done.
3. Serial Winners
Australia is a phenomenal force to be reckoned with when it comes to ICC tournaments. They always try to bring the best out of themselves in clutch moments or in pressure situations, an exceptional quality that sets them apart from most other teams.
This is precisely the reason why they have a clear chance of gunning for the second title. Moreover, they are the most successful team in ODI World Cup history, having won a record five titles so far.
