The 22-year-old Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) batsman Ayush Badoni has impressed one and all with his excellent batting skills in the IPL 2022 first few matches. The franchise owners have shown a lot of faith in him and have promoted him above Krunal Pandya. In his first IPL 2022 match against Gujrat Titans, he scored 54 runs in just 41 balls. In 5 games so far, Badoni has accumulated 107 runs at a very good strike rate of 148.61.

TILAK VARMA (Mumbai Indians)
Tilak Varma is one of the most talked-about players in this IPL 2022. The prolific batsmen playing for Mumbai have shown determination and have a wide array of shots. He has scored 121 runs in 4 innings, including one score of 61 in just 33 balls against Rajasthan Royals. Mumbai Indians would want him to continue his good form and bail the team out in crunch situations.

Jitesh Sharma, the young player from Vidharba, has looked good in his debut season playing for Punjab Kings. In his debut game against CSK, he scored a quickfire 26 runs in 17 balls and also took 2 catches, one among them was the priced wicket of Ms. Dhoni. In the next match against Gujrat, he carried his form, scoring 23 runs in 11 deliveries. Everyone is very impressed with his wicket-keeping skills and aggressive batting.

BHANUKA RAJAPAKSA (Punjab Kings)
The Sri-Lankan wicket-keeper batsman has risen to the occasion in his debut IPL 2022, paying for Punjab Kings. He is among the most successful batsman for PKBS in IPL 2022, scoring 83 runs in 3 innings at an astonishing strike rate of 230.56. He scored a quick-fire 43 of just 22 balls in the first match against Royal Challengers Bangalore and followed it with another blistering inning of 31 runs in just 9 balls. Given the value he brings to the side, he can be one of the best debutants in IPL 2022.
