IPL 2023 Mini Auction: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Retained And Released Players list. The SRK-owned side has always made head turns with a new star born every year from their squad. Kolkata Knight Riders have given birth to now IPL greats like Sunil Narine, Andre Russel, India’s new Mr.360 degree player Suryakumar Yadav (SKY), Chris Lynn, Robin Uthappa, Kuldeep Yadav, and Shubhman Gill.
This very power-packed side over the years didn’t lose its power even after the mega auction last year. Including their previous year’s heroes Venky Iyer, Andre Russel, and Narine through retention. They also added up the new skipper for their side Shreyas Iyer. Iyer was the highest run-getter for the knights in the IPL 2022 though not with a very promising average or consistency.
They also picked up young Shivam Mavi, an Aussie pacer Pat Cummins, and Alex Hales later replaced by Aaron Finch due to the former withdrawing from playing for the Knight Riders. With many good domestic pics like Sheldon Jackson, Nitish Rana, and Baba Indrajeet none could show any form for the tumbling Knights.

After picking up a power-packed squad in the last edition of the mega auction KKR is now set and geared up for more than just one edition.
