IPL 2023 Mumbai Indians: Players Bought By MI In Mini Auction, Predicted Playing XI And Full Players List. The five-time champions had the most miserable and distraught edition in last year’s IPL tournament. They ended up in the last position on the points table and could manage just four wins out of 14 matches played.
Mumbai Indians would have been devastated prior to the mini-auction after a disastrous season. However, the MI owners made all efforts to consolidate their squad in the mini-auction.
The Men in Blue managed to win the title in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020, all under the excellence of Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma turned out to be the MI player who kept up the legacy of the great Sachin Tendulkar with the bat.

Players Bought By MI In Mini Auction 2023 With Base Price, Final Price And Country
The Indians showed the kind of convincing auction that their fans would have expected. The Mumbai Indians entered the auction with a healthy purse of 20.55 crores and a slew of players to be acquired in the mini-auction, but the management seemed dead set on adding one of the auction’s three top targets, Stokes, Green, or Sam Curran.
During the mini-auction, they were looking for a dependable middle-order batter and a handy bowler to fill Pollard’s void in the MI side and managed to buy 24 players out of 25 slots with 8 new players despite a huge bid of 17.25 crores for the lanky Aussie all-rounder Cameron Green and being left with only 5 lakhs in their purse.
Player Name | Country | Base Price | Final Bid amount |
