IPL 2023: BCCI Announces Schedule, Venues Details For Playoffs And Final. The Supreme governing body of cricket in India BCCI on April 21 announced the schedule of the 16th season of TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 playoffs and final. IPL 2023 playoffs and finals will be played from 23rd May to 28th May 2023 in MA Chidambaram Stadium (Chennai) and Narendra Modi Stadium (Ahmedabad).
TATA IPL 2023 qualifier 1 will be played on 23rd May at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai followed by the Eliminator on 24th May. Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad will host IPL 2023 qualifier two and the IPL 2023 final on the 26th and 28th of May respectively.
IPL 2023 playoffs fixtures probably hint at MS Dhoni’s farewell match at Chepauk. If Chennai Super Kings led by MS Dhoni unable to qualify for the playoffs, MS could play his last IPL match for CSK at home ground on May 14 against Nitish Rana-led Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). But if CSK does qualify, Dhoni will play in Qualifier one or Eliminator at Chepauk Stadium.

IPL 2023 began on March 31 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, with the clash between defending champion Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat Titans (GT) vs four-time IPL winner Chennai Super Kings (CSK). GT beat CSK by 5 wickets in the IPL 2023 opening match.
TATA IPL 2023 league phase concludes on May 21 with a clash between Faf du Plessis Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Gujarat Titans in MA Chinnaswamy stadium, Bengaluru.
