PV Sindhu on Her Future After Paris Olympics Exit: I Will Continue, After A Small Break. P. V. Sindhu expressed her worry about future in a social media post on Friday, right after losing a round of 16 to China’s He Bing Jiao at the Paris 2024 Olympics. In a deeply personal and heartfelt message, which she put on the X, Sindhu said that losing that match was one of the hardest moments of her career. She also accepted that the outcome was difficult for her to accept but expressed hope that she would get over it in the future.

Sindhu elaborated on her difficult journey to Paris which was a two-year injury period and a long break from the game. Despite these obstacles, she was grateful to be able to represent India at her third Olympics.

She pointed out that competing at such a high level is a privilege and an honor, and that it brings great satisfaction to inspire the new generation of athletes.
