WPL 2023: UP Warriorz Full Schedule, Squad With Their Auction Price And Possible Playing XI. The first season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023 is set to kick off on March 4 with the clash between Beth Mooney-led Gujarat Giants vs Harmanpreet Kaur-led Mumbai Indians at DY Patil stadium, Mumbai. Bollywood stars Kriti Sanon and Kiara Advani are set to perform in the opening ceremony of WPL 2023.
The five-team WPL 2023 will witness a total of 22 matches across two venues (DY Patil Stadium and Brabourne Stadium) in Mumbai. The team occupying the first place will head directly to the final on March 26. The second and third-ranked teams will face each other in a WPL 2023 Eliminator on March 24.
UP Warriorz led by Australian Alyssa Healy will start its campaign against Gujarat Giants on March 5 at DY Patil Stadium.
