Asia Cup 2022: Full Schedule, Time Table In IST, Venues, Format Team List, And Squads. The 6 Asian cricket teams are all set to clash in the much-awaited Asia Cup 2022. The 15th edition of the Asia Cup is scheduled to take place from September 27- August 11 in The UAE. In the previous edition, India defeated Bangladesh to win the 14th Asia Cup title. Incidentally, it was also organized in the gulf country.
Sri Lanka was previously the host of the Asia Cup 2022, but they decided to relinquish the hosting rights due to the prevailing economic turmoil in the Island nation. Let us glimpse the format, schedule, and team list of the upcoming Asia Cup 2022.

ASIA CUP 2022 FORMAT
The Asia Cup 2022 will be in t20 format, as it was organized in 2018. A total of 6 teams, including one that wins the qualifier round, will participate (Hong Kong qualifies for the Asia Cup). The tournament will be in a round-robin format, followed by knockout matches. The qualifier round will start on August 20 in Oman.
