Asia Cup 2023: Venue, Team List, Format, Predicted Schedule, And Winners List. Asia Cup, regarded as the pioneer multi-nation cricket tournament, comprising Asian countries will see its 16th edition take place in Pakistan and Sri Lanka from August 30. As per the future tour program (FTP), released by the ICC, it was decided that this time, Pakistan will be the sole organizer of the tournament.
The Asia Cup 2023 is scheduled to take place from 30 Aug to 17 Sep. The tournament will be in ODI format because ICC Men’s 50-over world cup is to be organized post-Asia Cup. 6 Asian countries mainly India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Nepal will fight for the coveted trophy.
Asia Cup 2022 Quick Overview
The 15th edition of the Asia Cup was organized in the UAE from August 27th-September 11th. Sri Lanka defeated Pakistan to lift their 6th Asia Cup title and the first in the T20 format.
India could not advance to the finals, after their loss against Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the Super 4 round. The biggest positive for India was the return in form of Virat Kohli, who scored a century in International cricket after close to 1000 days.

Asia Cup 2023 Venues
As per the future tour program shared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the 16th edition of the Asia Cup cricket will be organized in Sri Lanka and Pakistan on the hybrid model. A total of 13 matches will be played in the Asia Cup 2023. Sri Lanka will host 9 matches including the final while Pakistan will host 9 matches. The match venues for the tournament are as follows:

On May 2 Nepal beat UAE by 7 wickets and qualify for the Asia Cup 2023. Nepal, India & Pakistan has been put in Group A

Asia Cup 2023 Format
The Asia Cup 2023 will be a 50-over format. A total of 13 matches will take place. The top 5 teams India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan have already qualified for the main event. The 6th team Nepal decided from the Asia Cup 2023 qualifying round. It will be in a round-robin format, with each team playing against other teams once in the group stage, which will be followed by the Super 4 round.
