Asian Games 2023 Cricket: Team List, Squads, Venue, Format, And Broadcasting Details: Cricket fever is in full swing, and spectators can expect to see a cricket festival with matches taking place everywhere. The Asia Cup is now underway, and after that will be the Australia tour of India and the ICC ODI Men’s World Cup. Among all of this comes yet another exciting cricket competition. That is the Asia Games 2023, which China will hold from September 23 to October 8.
The Asian Games is a mini-Olympics in which all Asian countries compete in various sports, and this time around, officials have included cricket as a part of it, with 14 nations competing in both men’s and women’s categories. The Indian Board of Cricket Control has determined that both the men’s and women’s teams will play in the Asian Games in 2023.
Nepal, Japan, and Singapore have all revealed their squads for the premier event, in addition to India and Pakistan. The remaining teams will announce their lineups in the weeks leading up to the event. Here is a list of all the players that will be competing in the Asian Games in 2023.

Asian Games 2023 Cricket Teams And Their Squad
The Men’s squad for the Asian Games 2023 will be a second-string one, led by Ruturaj Gaikwad. Meanwhile, Harmanpreet Kaur will lead a full-strength women’s squad. The women’s matches will begin on September 19 and end on September 27th. The men’s matches will take place from September 28 to October 8. Asian Games 2023 Cricket Format And Venue
The men’s tournament will include 15 teams, including India and Pakistan, participating in 18 matches. The top four seeds, as determined by the ICC ranking on June 1st, 2023, will advance directly to the quarterfinal round. The women’s tournament, on the other hand, will feature just nine teams, including India and Pakistan, and will feature a total of 12 matches. Similarly, the top four seeds will advance to the quarterfinals.
The men’s competition runs from September 28 to October 7, while the women’s tournament runs from September 19 to September 26. All matches will be held at the Hangzhou Asian Games Cricket Field, which is located on the Zhejiang University of Technology’s Pingfeng Campus.
How To Watch In India
Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) has been given media rights to the Asian Games 2022, which will take place in September 2023. The 19th Asian Games will be broadcast live on Sony Sports Networks across India and the subcontinent, encompassing Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, Bhutan, and the Maldives.
