World Test Championship (WTC) Final 2023: Date, Time, Venue, Predicted Playing 11 India, Squads, Live Streaming Details: India and Australia will compete for the World Test Championship (WTC) 2023 title at The Oval in London, from June 7 to June 11 with June 12 set aside as a reserve day. India has qualified for the WTC final twice in a row, while Australia is making its debut. Both Australia and India will use the Oval as a neutral ground.
The Indian team got to the WTC final after defeating Australia 2-1 in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series. They will strive to improve on their past performance after losing to New Zealand in the final of the first WTC cycle in 2021.
Both teams have unveiled their squads for the WTC Finals 2023, and they all appear to be quite good. Ajinkya Rahane made headlines after being picked to India’s 15-man team to face Australia in the World Test Championship (WTC) final. The former vice-captain last appeared in whites during the 2021-22 tour of South Africa.

Let’s look at how India’s playing 11 should look.
Best Playing 11 of India for 2023 WTC Final
Opening Pair
The opening position with Rohit Sharma is up for grabs, but if Shubman Gill joins the captain at the top, Rahane would likely go into the middle order, with KL Rahul sitting out. Gill is the in-form batsman following his century against Australia in Ahmedabad, but he appears more adaptable in terms of diverse batting roles from the outside.
Middle Order
The middle order will begin with Virat Kohli as usual, while the third and fourth positions will be filled by Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane, respectively. Captain must select between KS Bharat and KL Rahul for fifth spot. Given his current form, KS Bharat may be given a shot, but given his track record and experience, Captain Rahul may be preferred.
Spin Attack
The spin attack must be the most effective since the ball could be seen dancing on the pitch as early as day two. Ravindra Jadeja will be the primary pick since he can bat as well. The skipper must select between Ashwin and Axar for the second option.
Pace Attack
Because of the bounce and swing that the oval provides, fast bowlers play an important part in this match. Mohd. Siraj and Mohd. Shami will be present since they are in terrific shape and have a nice pace with variety. Shardul Thakur, who has strong wicket-taking abilities, is the captain’s final pace option.
