WTC Final 2023: Players Test Stats Of Team India And Australian. Team India will face Australia in the final of the current World Test Championship (WTC) 2023 at the Oval in London from June 7 to 11. With less than a month till the big showdown, all fans are wondering how their favorite side will fare in this Final.
BCCI first named its squad For WTC Final 2023 on April 25, revealing, among other things, the return of Ajinkya Rahane and the absence of Jasprit Bumrah. However, On May 8, a revised team was revealed, knocking KL Rahul out of the match. Ishan Kishan, a wicketkeeper-batter, has been picked as his place. Kishan is yet to make his Test debut, however, he has played 14 One Day Internationals and 27 Twenty20 Internationals for the side.
While Cricket Australia released an initial 17-man squad for the World Test Championship Final against India on April 19, 2023. The roster will be reduced to 15 players for the final due to ICC restrictions. Pat Cummins is captain, while Steve Smith is vice-captain.
