Cristiano Ronaldo, who helped Portugal reach the quarter-final in UEFA EURO 2024 and failed to help Al Nassr secure the Saudi Super Cup against Al Hilal, is thinking about hanging up his boots for good. But he hasn’t confirmed his plans for retiring for good.
However, the football superstar is pondering about retirement having told a Portuguese channel NOW that probably Al Nassr would be his last club. Ronaldo said he doesn’t know if he would retire anytime soon, and would probably play for two or three more years.
He added that he is keen to continue with the Saudi FC and retire there too. Ronaldo expressed contentment with Al Nassr.
Cristiano Ronaldo Feels Good in Saudi Arabia
The Portuguese footballer feels at home in Saudi Arabia. He shared that he is happy to play in Saudi Arabia and wants to continue. Ronaldo joined Al Nassr in January 2023 and has scored 66 goals in 72 matches for the club.

He played his first match in Saudi Arabia for Al Nassr against Al Ettifaq in front of a packed stadium. The star footballer bagged the Saudi Pro League Player of the Month for February 2023. Ronaldo, 39, set a new goal- scoring record with 35 goals in the Saudi Pro League.
He said that when he does retire, he will not become a manager or a coach of any team. Ronaldo highlighted that he hasn’t even thought about it and sees himself doing things outside of football. He recently launched his own YouTube channel.
