PATHAN BROTHERS
The Pathan brothers were the first pair of brothers who played the IPL. Irfan Pathan and Yusuf Pathan started their IPL career in 2008. While the elder brother Yousuf played for the winning team Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2008, his younger brother Irfan Pathan represented Preity Zinta-owned Kings XI Punjab.
In 103 matches, Irfan Pathan scored 113 runs and picked 80 wickets. Whereas his brother Yousuf Pathan in 174 games, scored 3204 runs and picked up 48 wickets.
HUSSEY BROTHERS
Michael Hussey and David Hussey were the two brothers from Australia who played for different teams in the IPL. Michael Hussey started with Chennai Super Kings and also represented Mumbai Indians, whereas his younger brother David Hussey played for KKR, Punjab, and CSK.
Michael Hussey is the current assistant batting coach of Chennai Super Kings, whereas David Hussey is an assistant at KKR. David Hussey, in 64 matches, scored 1322 runs, while Michael Hussey, in 59 matches, scored 1977 runs.

MORKEL BROTHERS
Morkel brothers, Albie and Morne, are another set of brothers from South Africa who have enthralled the audience in the IPL. Albie Morkel started his career in 2008 with CSK and was a consistent member of the playing X1. He was later brought by RCB in 2014, and then Delhi Capitals took him in 2015.
In 91 matches, he scored 971 runs and picked 85 wickets. On the contrary, his brother Morne Morkel was a tall pace bowler. He played for RR, RCB, and KKR. Morne Morkel took 77 wickets in 70 matches.
CHAHAR BROTHERS
Deepak Chahar and Rahul Chahar are two twins currently playing for different IPL teams. Deepak Chahar started playing the IPL for CSK and has been an integral member of the playing X1. He could not take part in IPL 2022 due to an injury. Deepak Chahar, in 63 matches, has picked up 59 wickets.
Rahul Chahar started his career with Pune Supergiants in 2017 and was then a regular member of Mumbai Indians. Punjab Kings later brought him in 2022. Rahul Chahar, in 55 matches, has picked up 57 wickets.
PANDYA BROTHERS
The last duo in this list of brothers is the Pandya brothers. Mumbai Indians brought Hardik Pandya in 2015 for a base price of Rs 10 lakh. Since then, he played for the same franchise till 2021. In the IPL 2022 mega auction, MI released him, and the new franchise Gujarat Titans showed trust in him and made him captain in IPL 2022.
Hardik Pandya did not disappoint his franchise and led the team to their inaugural IPL trophy. His brother Krunal Pandya was also purchased by the same franchise MI, and he too served them from 2016- 2021, after which Lucknow picked him in the IPL 2022 mega auction.
