The franchise has retained its experienced core group with a few strategic additions. Stephen Fleming will continue as head coach for another season. He has led CSK since 2009 and won five IPL titles. His experience remains vital for the team’s consistency and planning.
Michael Hussey will continue as the batting coach. He has played a key role in developing young Indian batters. His calm approach helps players perform under pressure. Eric Simons remains the bowling consultant for IPL 2026. He focuses on bowling strategies and match execution plans. Sridharan Sriram will assist as the bowling coach this season.
