The Board of Control for Cricket in India retained 19 players in total, with T20 International (T20I) captain Harmanpreet Kaur, Poonam Yadav, and Smriti Mandhana given the top contract.
Mithali Raj — who captains the Test and One Day International teams — and Jhulan Goswami were among 10 players to get Grade B contracts. Shafali Verma was also upgraded from a Grade C to a Grade B contract.

Mithali Raj, Jhulan Goswami, Punam Raut, Deepti Sharma, Shafali Verma Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Radha Yadav, Taniya Bhatia, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Shikha Pandey, are the players who have been given Grade B contracts.
Players in Grade A will receive Rs 50 lakh each while with Grade B contracts (the 10 players) will get Rs 30 lakh each. for October 2020 to September 2021
Pooja Vastrakar, Mansi Joshi, Harleen Deol, Arundhati Reddy, Richa Ghosh, and Priya Punia, have been given Grade C contracts. They will receive Rs 10 lakh each.

Indian Women’s teams are set to travel to the UK for their next assignment. They will take on England Women in a single Test, 3 ODIs, and 3 T20 internationals.
Recently BCCI appoints Romesh Powar as head coach of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team and Shiv Sunder Das as Batting Coach of the India Women Cricket Team.

Grade C India men’s player earns INR 1 Crore. The three players in India women’s highest pay grade get only half of it. The Women’s team may not fill your coffers, but they have no obligation to it. The onus on increasing their commercial value is the responsibility of the BCCI.
