ICC T20 World Cup 2026 Schedule Announced. The complete official schedule for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 from February 7 to March 8 in India and Sri Lanka is out now. The tournament features 20 teams competing at 8 different venues and will have 40 league stage games as well as 3 knockout rounds, for 29 straight days of nonstop cricket.
8 Venues Selected Across Two Host Nations
India has 5 venues: Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Dharamsala, while Sri Lanka has 3 venues: Colombo, Dambulla and Kandy.
To help viewers from around the world, the matches have been set up with 3 different starting times: 11 am, 3 pm, and 7 pm IST. The final match will be held on March 8 in either Ahmedabad or Colombo, based on qualification and logistics.

Group Stage, Super 8 Stage, and Knockout Stages
The four groups consist of five teams. The top two teams from each group will move on to the Super 8 stage.
The top teams from the two Super 8 groups will move on to the semi-finals. The semi-finals will be played in Kolkata or Colombo and Mumbai. The Super 8 venues include Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Colombo.
