1 Jason Roy
The England limited-overs & T20I opener was bought for a sum of INR 2.8 crores by Kolkata Knight Riders during the 2023 season. The 33-year-old scored 285 runs in 8 IPL games during the 2023 season with a strike rate of 151.60. Roy can provide acceleration during the powerplay and can find the gaps through aerial shots. The right-hander has showcased adaptability to change his technique on slow wickets. Delhi Capitals might look to target him in the next auctions.

2 Moeen Ali
Undoubtedly one of the vital contributors with the bat as well as with the ball, Moeen can change the outcome of a game single-handedly. The 36-year-old possesses variety as an off-spinner. The England all-rounder can outsmart the batsmen with his turn, flight, and topspin.
Moeen was bought by Chennai Super Kings for a sum of INR 8 crores for the 2023 season. The left-hander is a healthy contributor with the bat lower down the order and he can play the big shots when needed. He took 9 wickets during the 2023 season with best figures of 4/26 in 15 IPL games. He scored 124 runs with a strike rate of 136.26 during the 2023 season.
3 Kagiso Rabada
The South African pacer can topple any batting lineup on his day with his pace, swing, and clever movements. The 28-year-old was bought for a sum of INR 9.25 crore by Punjab Kings during the 2022 auction. The pacer took 7 wickets in 6 IPL games during the 2023 season with best figures of 2/34.
Rabada has experience bowling in different situations as he can be penetrative during the death overs. He has taken 106 wickets in 69 IPL games so far in his career. Delhi Capitals will look to strengthen the pace department by adding him.

4 Dilshan Madushanka
The 23-year-old wasn’t picked by any team during the 2023 IPL auctions but Delhi Capitals might take a chance with the left-arm Sri Lankan pacer. Madushanka bowled decently in last year’s Asia Cup in Abu Dhabi. Delhi Capitals might look to add heft in the pace department.
Madushanka’s base price was INR 50 lakhs in this season’s auctions. The pacer can surprise the batters with his speed while he can be difficult to negotiate with the new ball due to his late swing. Delhi Capitals might try to target the young pacer.
