FIFA World Cup 2022 Final Draw: Uruguay & Portugal In The Same Group. The much-awaited FIFA World Cup 2022 will get underway on November 21. The Final Draw for the FIFA World Cup 2022 takes place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center in Qatar on Friday (1 April). As per the Organising Committee for Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) Competitions protocols, 28 pre-qualified teams were allocated from pots 1 to 4 based on the FIFA Men’s World Ranking released on March 31st, 2022. As hosts, Qatar takes a position in Group A, where they join with Netherlands, Senegal & Ecuador.

In what seems to be the Group of Death of FIFA World Cup 2022, former FIFA WC champions Spain & Germany have been pitted against each other. They also have Asian qualifier Japan and another qualifier in Group E. Group G was also one of the toughest groups of FIFA WC 2022 pitting five-times World Cup winners Brazil against Serbia, Switzerland, and Cameroon.
