The BCCI had to organize Dream11 IPL 2020 in the United Arab Emirates due to Corona. A total of 60 matches were played in the thirteenth edition of IPL including the final. The opening match was played in Abu Dhabi while the final was played in Dubai. Many records were made and broken in this MahaKumbh played from 19 September to 10 November.

Whenever Delhi Capitals needed a breakthrough Rabada didn’t disappoint his team. South African speed star Kagiso Rabada was the highest wicket-taker in IPL 2021 — 30 wickets in 17 matches. He shows why he is one of the best ballers in the world. This year also he is the part of DC but he could miss two-three matches in IPL 2021.

IPL 2020 Orange Cap Winner: KL Rahul
The KXIP captain finished with 670 runs from 14 matches, with a strike rate of 129.34 and an average of 55.83. KL Rahul was awarded the Orange Cap in IPL 2020.
Rahul is an Orange Cap contender this year VIVO IPL 2021 as well.

In IPL 2020 Rajasthan Royals finished last in the league stage but Jofra Archer was awarded the Most Valuable Player of IPL 2020. Archer took 20 wickets In 14 matches. His economy -rate was 6.55 and a strike rate of 16.70
This year Archer is ruled out of the whole IPL 2021

IPL 2020 Emerging player of the season Award : Devdutt Padikkal
Playing in his first IPL season, Devdutt Padikkal of RCB could not imagine a better start in IPL than this. He impressed with his classy batting at the top of the order for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Left-hander Devdutt Padikkal finished as the 8th-highest run-scorer in IPL 2020. In15 matches Padikkal scored 473 runs, with an impressive strike rate of 124.80 and an average of 31.53.

IPL 2020 Power player of the season Award: Trent Boult
The left-arm pacer Trent Boult picked up 25 wickets in just 15 matches and 16 of those came in the first 6 matches. Trent Boult was one of the Mumbai Indians’ most valuable players. In the final match of IPL 2020, Boult picked the important wickets of Ajinkya Rahane & Marcus Stoinis and almost snatches the trophy from DC.

We can forget the Kings XI Punjab’s performance in IPL 2020, but we cannot forget the skipper’s performance throughout the season. Rahul was immense for XI Punjab ( now Punjab Kings) at the top of the order for a third season running.
