Sunrisers Hyderabad had good season last year. They reached the qualifiers finishing third in the IPL 2020 points table. Beat Royal Challengers Bangalore in the eliminator, but lost to Delhi Capitals in eliminator 2.
They had few injuries concerns last edition but their backup players performed. Hyderabad retained most of the players and no big names have been let go.
While SunRisers Hyderabad have already fulfilled majority part of their side, still some aspects can be considered. Addition of an Indian spinner, and a quality all-rounder will surely make their squad stronger for the upcoming. Let’s look upon probable players Sunrisers Hyderabad can look to add into their side.
Piyush Chawla
Sun Risers Hyderabad already boost of Afghani spin-bowling all-rounders combo. Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi have been very integral part of the team. But when we talk about Indian spinner, SRH have just a lone spinner Shahbaz Nadeem. Adding another Indian spinner can provide variety for them, they can think about inducting the experienced Indian leg-spinner Piyush Chawla.

Chawla has been the third highest wicket taker in IPL history with 151 wickets in 164 matches so far. He can bring in a lot of experience to the bowling unit for the team.
SHIVAM DUBEY
Shivam Dubey has grown up as an effective medium pace bowling all-rounder. Though SRH do have the strong pace-bowling all-rounders like Mitchell Marsh and Jason Holder.Vijay Shankar is the only Indian pace-bowling all-rounder which they currently have.
As per the IPL rules, every franchise can only use a maximum 4 overseas players in the playing XI, a quality Indian pace-bowling all-rounder can make the side better.
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have recently released Shivam Dube. IPL 2020 had been not so good year for him. In the last edition, he scored 129 runs and took only wickets in 11 matches.
However, in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2020/21, he played 5 matches. Where he scored 161 runs with an average of 40.25 and a healthy strike-rate 138.79, which included 1 half-century, and also got took 3 wickets.
SRH, who had clinched the title in 2016, will be aiming for their second IPL trophy when the next season kicks-off this summer in India.
